In addition, we are proud to host special culinary events that spotlight the skills of our kitchen and their executive chefs, Moxie’s Jonathan Bennett and Red’s Peter Vauthy. Special events such as wine dinners featuring wines from some of the world’s great wineries or special dinners that feature a seasonal product—be it King Crab legs or black truffles—available for only a short while.
